There is one exception to walk-in services:

If you've answered, "yes" to any of the background questions on a new application or on your renewal, we need to review your supporting documentation carefully. If we need to review your documents we will not process your paperwork while you wait. You'll only be able to drop it off with us.

Please note: we do not provide new certificates for you, you'll need to use your online account to print any new certificates yourself.

Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. To receive same-day service, please arrive no later than 4:30.

Directions

On I-5 southbound, take Exit 102 (Trosper Road). Turn left onto Trosper Road; at the second light, turn left onto Capitol Blvd. Stay in the right lane for one block. Turn right, just past Kentucky Fried Chicken, into the parking lot at 5000 Capitol Blvd.

On I-5 northbound, take Exit 102 (Trosper Road). Turn right onto Trosper Road. Immediately afterward, get into the left lane. At the next light, turn left onto Capitol Blvd. Stay in the right lane for one block. Turn right, just past Kentucky Fried Chicken, into the parking lot at 5000 Capitol Blvd .
