Court certification letter

What is a court certification letter?

Court certification letters are generated for licensees who are licensed for Surety (bail bond agencies), at the request of the Washington state courts.

 

How do I request a court certification letter?
    • Please submit a written request that includes the licensee name (bail bond agency), WAOIC number, and a $5 fee per letter.
    • The request may be faxed or emailed to us if a credit-card-authorization form is included to cover the fee.
    • Make sure your affiliations are up-to-date before submitting your request.
    • Requests for court certification letters are generally processed within three days of receipt.
