Give us a call at 1-800-562-6900. That's our free hotline, staffed by live insurance experts, not recordings. We'll give you immediate assistance or refer you to someone who can, including our Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) HelpLine - a network of trained volunteers who can help you in your own community.

We can help you:

• Find health care coverage
• Learn about public health programs, including free clinics
• Understand Medicare and Medicare's Part D prescription drug program
• Decide if you need long-term care coverage
• Find ways to pay for prescription drugs, including a wide variety of mostly free discount programs, one of which is run by the state of Washington.

We'll also do our best to advocate on your behalf. We:

• Answer insurance questions
• Investigate complaints
• Enforce insurance law on your behalf
• Help you understand how to settle disputes
