How much does it cost?

The Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan has two options with different deductibles and benefits. The deductible you select will determine your premium. Monthly rates for 2012 are listed below:

Rate Changes
Premium rates will generally change yearly, effective January 1 of each year.  Notice of premium rate changes will be posted to our website and mailed to you at least 30 days prior to their effective date.
