FAIR Plan committee members (R 2021-15)

The Office of the Insurance Commissioner is starting rulemaking to replace two outdated association names in existing rules related to the Fair Access to Insurance Requirements (FAIR) Plan committee. Additional technical changes to improve clarity in the existing rules are also being considered.
