Welcome to the Office of Insurance Commissioner’s (OIC) quick payment option. Use this option to get your payment posted to your account on the same day that you submit your online payment. The OIC only accepts ACH debit payments for online payment of orders. You’ll need your routing number and account number to complete payment. Please make sure your account does not have a block against ACH debit transactions before making an online payment.
