You may not need to submit a public records request for the records you are looking for, we have provided a list of commonly requested records already available online.

- Sign up to receive notifications when your health insurer files a rate increase.

Information we don’t collect or maintain
We do not collect information on individual policyholders. If you are looking for:
- An individual's life insurance policy check out our tips on how to find an old life insurance policy.
- Another driver's insurance or license information. Check with the driver, law enforcement for a police report or contact the Department of Licensing.
- Records of claims against specific property. You can learn how to get a free Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange (CLUE) report from LexisNexis®, which may be helpful when looking for information about claims.
