How to find your Washington state license number (WAOIC)

  1. Visit the agent and company lookup tool.  
  2. Fill in your first and last name. 
  3. Click Search. 
  4. Find your name in the search results. 
  5. Your WAOIC number can be found in the column to right of your name. 

How to change or recover your online licensing password

  1. Visit the online licensing user ID and password recovery page. 
  2. Fill in your WAOIC number, email address tied to your account and select “Licensing” from the dropdown. 
  3. Click Submit. 
  4. We’ll email you a new temporary password within about 15 minutes.

How to not display your business address or phone number

Don't provide any information in the “Business Address” section of your license record. You can update or remove this information by logging into your online account and selecting “Change address.”
