This list may not include all companies we approve to sell LTC coverage. We recommend contacting your insurer to find out if the coverage you bought or want complies with state laws and rules. These include the Washington Insurance Code (Title 48) and Washington Administrative Code (Title 284). You should also ask them if we or the Interstate Insurance Product Regulatory Compact (IIPRC) approved your coverage.
