Updating your email or postal address
For street-address changes, log into your account and select "Change Address."
For email-address changes, log into your account and select "Change Address." Be sure to update the email address listed in the “Mailing Address” section.
There are no fees for these changes.
If you need your email address updated in order to receive a new password for logging in, call, fax, or send us a message (see contact information at the bottom of this page).
Name change
Log into your account and select "Change Name." There is no fee.

Resident LLC | A copy of the amended articles of formation, showing both names and bearing official stamped approval. |
Resident corporation | A copy of the amended articles of incorporation, showing both names and bearing official stamped approval. |
Non-resident firm | A copy of your registration with the Department of Revenue - Business Licensing Service and a copy of your home-state license reflecting your new name. |
Non-resident LLC | A copy of the amended articles of formation from your home state showing both names and bearing official stamped approval, and a copy of your home-state license reflecting your new name. |
Non-resident corporation | A copy of the amended articles of incorporation from your home state showing both names with official stamped approval and a copy of your home-state license reflecting your new name. |
Adding a DBA
1. Register the DBA with the Department of Revenue, Business Licensing Service.
2. Log into your account and select "Change DBA." There is a $5 fee.
3. Provide a copy of an approved registration from the Department of Revenue, Business Licensing Service.
