Producer - limited lines: credit, surety or travel	$20
Adjuster (crop, independent or public)	$50
Surplus line broker	$200
Life settlement broker Must have active life producer license first	$100

Note: If your license has been inactive for a year or more, you'll need to apply for a new license.
