Primary complaint contacts – Use the acronym “CRS” followed by the company’s WAOIC number (CRS500846).
Secondary users – Use the same format as a primary complaint contact, plus a dash and the number in which the user was added to CRS as a secondary user (i.e., CRS500-846-1, CRS500846-2), etc.
Note: Secondary users who don’t know their user ID must obtain it from their primary complaint contact.
